3 nos Sparess recoiler mandrel shaft (dia 610 drum assembly).
Manufactured 17 sets of jet nozzle assembly.
Manufactured more than 30 Sparess orders for uncoiler assembly components like segments, mandrel sleeve, pull rod, tie rod, rearing housing, cone &guide rolls & other small components.
Manufactured more than 40 Sparess orders for recoiler assembly components like segments, wedges, grippers, pusher rod, bearing housing & sleeve.
Manufactured more than 150 pinch roll/squeezee roll/snubber r o l l / d e f l e c t o r r o l l / b r I d l e r o l l / s t e e r I n g r o l l / h o t bridle/accumulator rolls/water cooled deflector rools. Roll diameters varies in the range of ø100 to ø1250 mm. These rolls are chrome plated, sandblasting & chrome plated, tungsten carbide coated rolls, rubber lining rolls.
Manufactured 6 sets of work roll choks assembly, 5 sets of intermediate roll assemblyof 6 hi mill/4hi mills, skin pass mill.
Manufactured many non ferrous liners, bushes Sparess, can alloy bushes, ferrite free arms of sink roll/ reflector roll of processing lines equpment of color coating line, galvanizing line, cut to length line, pickling line.
